The rules
for using
Fantasy Lockr.
These Terms and Conditions govern access to Fantasy Lockr, including competitions, leagues, subscriptions, profiles, chat, event pages, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing Fantasy Lockr, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
- Users must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- Users must meet the minimum age and local eligibility requirements where they use the service.
- Users must comply with all competition rules, fair play requirements, and platform policies.
Users are responsible for keeping account details accurate and login credentials secure.
Users must not:
- impersonate another person
- create misleading or fraudulent identities
- abuse multi-account behaviour
- attempt to evade restrictions, suspensions, or bans
Fantasy Lockr provides fantasy picks competitions, leagues, rankings, event views, community features, subscriptions, and related digital services. Features may change, expand, reset, or be removed over time, especially during beta periods.
Users may create or submit content such as names, avatars, chat messages, and league names.
Users must not post content that is:
- abusive, hateful, threatening, or harassing
- fraudulent, misleading, or impersonating another person
- spammy, disruptive, or exploitative
- unlawful or infringing on another person’s rights
Competitions, league structures, event formats, and merchandise rewards are subject to the Competition Rules, Fair Play Policy, and Prize Terms where applicable. Merchandise prizes are non-cash unless expressly stated otherwise.
Some features may require a paid subscription, including Fantasy Lockr Plus. Subscriptions may renew automatically until cancelled, subject to the applicable billing terms shown at purchase.
Subscription access provides ongoing premium product value. It does not guarantee any specific competition result, prize outcome, or event placement.
Fantasy Lockr may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for cheating, abuse, fraud, harassment, payment abuse, rule manipulation, or safety concerns.
Fantasy Lockr may update or change the service at any time, including during beta, maintenance periods, competition changes, or real-world fixture disruptions.
Fantasy Lockr branding, software, designs, content, and service materials are owned by or licensed to Fantasy Lockr and may not be copied, republished, or reused without permission except where allowed by law.
Fantasy Lockr aims to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect availability, or error-free operation. Fixture timings, scores, and event structures may change due to circumstances outside our control.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use after updates means the updated Terms apply.
