How rewards
are handled
properly.

Unless a specific event or promotion clearly states otherwise, Fantasy Lockr prizes are merchandise rewards and non-cash items.

To receive a prize, a user may need to:

• hold a valid account in good standing
• meet the eligibility conditions of the relevant competition or promotion
• comply with the Terms, Competition Rules, and Fair Play policy
• complete any reasonable verification requested by Fantasy Lockr

Fantasy Lockr may request information needed to confirm identity, eligibility, location, or fulfilment details before issuing a reward. If verification is not completed in time, prize eligibility may lapse.

Where a claim window applies, winners must respond within the stated period. If a winner does not respond in time, Fantasy Lockr may withdraw, reassign, or cancel the reward.

Merchandise is subject to stock, supplier, and fulfilment availability. If an item becomes unavailable, Fantasy Lockr may offer a reasonably similar substitute where appropriate.
