Delete AccountData rights

Delete your account
with a clear path,
not a maze.

Fantasy Lockr users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page explains what deletion means, what may still need to be retained, and how to request removal.

1. What account deletion means

Deleting a Fantasy Lockr account may remove access to the account and associated service areas, including profile features, picks, leagues, community access, notifications, and competition history connected to that user identity.

2. Data that may be deleted

Depending on the request and the service state, deletion may include:

  • profile details
  • display name and fantasy team identity
  • avatar or uploaded profile image
  • notification preferences
  • league and gameplay access associated with the account
  • associated personal data where deletion is appropriate
3. Data we may retain

Fantasy Lockr may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for:

  • fraud prevention
  • competition integrity
  • dispute resolution
  • legal compliance
  • financial or billing record-keeping
  • safety, moderation, or abuse investigations
4. How to request deletion

Users may request deletion by:

  • using the in-app account deletion path, where available
  • using the public support route
  • using this page as the public deletion information route
5. Verification

To protect users from fraudulent deletion requests, Fantasy Lockr may take reasonable steps to verify identity before processing a request.

6. Subscriptions and active issues

Users should resolve any active subscription or billing matters before requesting deletion where possible. Fantasy Lockr may still need to retain limited billing records where required for compliance or dispute handling.

7. Support route

If you need help with account deletion, identity verification, or access issues, please use the support route available through Fantasy Lockr.
