What is removed
Account access, profile details, notification settings, stored push tokens, Room memberships and account-linked participation data are removed or anonymised as part of the deletion process.

If you are signed in, the quickest route is the in-app deletion control. If you cannot sign in, you can request deletion by email from this public page.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained or anonymised where reasonably necessary for competition integrity, fraud prevention, dispute handling, legal compliance or required business records.
For an email request, send it from the address linked to your Fantasy Lockr account where possible. Support may need to verify ownership before completing the request.
