Fantasy Lockr may award non-cash merchandise prizes in connection with competitions, campaigns, rankings, or special events. These Prize Terms explain how merchandise rewards are described, claimed, verified, fulfilled, and, where necessary, substituted.

1. Prize type

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Fantasy Lockr prizes are merchandise rewards. They are non-cash prizes and are not redeemable for money unless Fantasy Lockr explicitly says otherwise in writing for a specific event.

2. Example prize categories
  • Fantasy Lockr branded merchandise
  • event-themed apparel or accessories
  • club-themed or tournament-themed merchandise
  • partner merchandise where applicable
3. No cash alternative

Merchandise prizes have no cash alternative unless explicitly stated otherwise. Fantasy Lockr may, at its discretion, substitute an item with another item of similar type or reasonable value where the original item becomes unavailable.

4. Eligibility

To receive a prize, a user may need to satisfy requirements including:

  • a valid and active account
  • compliance with the Competition Rules and Fair Play Policy
  • eligibility to participate in the relevant region
  • ability to receive fulfilment in the destination country
  • completion of winner verification where requested
5. Winner verification

Fantasy Lockr may request information needed to verify a winner’s identity, eligibility, and fulfilment details. This may include:

  • legal name
  • email confirmation
  • delivery address
  • size or preference information where relevant
  • reasonable proof of eligibility where required
6. Fulfilment and delivery

Prizes are fulfilled subject to stock, shipping availability, and operational capacity. Fantasy Lockr may use third-party fulfilment or shipping partners to complete delivery.

Delivery timing may vary depending on stock availability, seasonal load, destination, customs handling, or operational factors outside direct control.

7. Shipping restrictions and exclusions

Some prizes may not be available in every country or region. Restrictions may apply due to shipping limitations, customs rules, sanctions, local law, or stock coverage.

Where fulfilment is not reasonably possible, Fantasy Lockr may offer an alternative merchandise item or another reasonable prize outcome.

8. Taxes, duties, and import costs

Unless expressly stated otherwise, winners are responsible for any taxes, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges connected with receiving a prize in their location.

9. Claim periods and non-response

Winners may be required to respond within a stated claim period. If a winner does not respond, does not provide fulfilment details, or cannot be reasonably verified, Fantasy Lockr may treat the prize as forfeited and choose an alternative outcome consistent with the Competition Rules.

10. Lost, damaged, or unavailable items

Fantasy Lockr may, at its discretion, replace damaged or unavailable items with a similar item or alternative merchandise where appropriate. Once a prize has been successfully delivered to the confirmed address, replacement may not always be possible.

11. Prize integrity

Prize awards may be withheld, reassigned, or cancelled where Fantasy Lockr reasonably determines that a result was affected by cheating, abuse, fraud, ineligibility, rule manipulation, or a breach of the Fair Play Policy.
